One of the coolest new features of macOS Mojave is dark mode. As the name implies, it quite literally allows the user to make a system-wide switch to a darker interface. It works quite well, but unfortunately, app developers have to take advantage of it in their code -- their programs will not support dark mode by default. Sure enough, I promptly got a brown padded Amazon envelope, tore it open, and found an 8.5 X 11 inch sheet of printed paper which contained instructions on how to download the software onto my computer.

The software is downloaded directly from Microsoft, through the Office site; when you visit it, the website requests the key code provided by the merchant. I entered it, and the program accepted the code and downloaded/installed the software onto my computer. When I first ran Word, the program asked to authorize itself on the Microsoft site; I agreed, and the authorization completed satisfactorily.

In order to download/install the software, you will need to obtain a free Microsoft account. To do this, you will need to supply your current email address.

My review for this product is 4 star. I won't give it a 5, i'll give a room for apple to think and come up with software better than office. Lets face it, not everyone are ready and up for change. PC built their name and products already, apple knows this for sure. Creating a mac version of Office is definitely a great move.

Consumers need to be reminded though that even though its Office converted to Mac Version doesn't mean it will act exactly the same.
